The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, designed, and developed by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With its extremely high cost performance, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, safety, and explosion protection. It is especially well known for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and instrument processing, and conforms to the "IEC" standard requirements implemented in China.

Square root output: within 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; within 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no sudden change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

including the total error of span and zero point, it is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum span.
Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.
Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero point error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero point error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and the zero point error for ranges 3, 6, 7, 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.
Span error: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, the error is -1±0.25% of the maximum span range/6.89MPa, and for range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25% of the maximum span range. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output span
Vibration effect: along any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.
Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: it may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa at maximum, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the span;
The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
