The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter produced by adopting a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology and combining it with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance and has thus become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of models and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, easy adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements implemented in China.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump in the output between 4~20mADC, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Power supply: externally supplied 24V DC,(power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: Maximum allowable load resistance in the load resistance loop Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: After positive and negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted to 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature  -40~100℃

         storage temperature  -40~100℃

         operating temperature of the whole unit  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be from 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)to the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: time constant adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

    (Under standard test conditions with no migration, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm, and other standard conditions.)

    Turndown ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated span,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/span)% span,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated span,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/span)% span,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum span;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                   zero error is ±0.25% of the maximum span/55℃.

         total error including span and zero point is ±0.5% of the maximum span/55℃.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.

    Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, while the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.

  Span error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero position error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the span;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


External Structure

 Structural materials:
