The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter produced using a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With its extremely high cost performance, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the requirements of the “IEC” standards promoted in China.

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump in output between 4~20mADC, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive and negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range must not exceed the limits of the measuring range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range span.
Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, and the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.
Span error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25% of the maximum range span/6.89MPa, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.
Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected, with no effect on the span;
Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
