      This intelligent single-flange level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

      This single-flange level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured by using sensors produced with imported technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitive circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and the A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance, making it a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

      This single-flange level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, safety, and explosion-proof performance. It is especially well known for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade level transmitters can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, instrument processing, and other industries.

Performance Indicators  

     (Under standard test conditions without migration, with 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)

     Range ratio: 40:1

     Accuracy: when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range;

                    when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range;

     Stability: the six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

     Temperature effect: zero point error is ±0.375%/55℃ of the maximum range.

       Including the total error of range and zero point, it is ±0.75%/55℃ of the maximum range.

     Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output range


     Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

     Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

     Installation position effect: when the pressure diaphragm is in a vertical position, it may cause a zero point change error of up to 0.25kPa; when the pressure diaphragm is in a horizontal position, it may cause a zero point change of up to 0.98kPa(for insertion-type flanges, the insertion length variation shall be added), but it has no effect on the range, and this error can be corrected and eliminated.

Structural Materials

    Diaphragms in contact with the medium, including gaskets and other contact surfaces: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, tantalum;

    Insertion part: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C;

     “O” ring (in contact with the measured medium): fluororubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene;

    Mounting flange (not in contact with medium): cadmium-plated carbon steel(or 316 stainless steel);

    Bolt: carbon steel galvanized, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr17Ni4CuNb, 42CrMo;

    Fill liquid: silicone oil or inert liquid;

    Electrical housing: low-copper aluminum alloy;

    Coating: polyester epoxy resin.

    Pressure connection fittings:

                      High-pressure side: 3″or 4″150lb flange or 300lb flange;

                      Low-pressure side: flange connection thread 1/4-18NPT(taper pipe thread);

    Connector connection thread 1/2-14NPT(taper pipe thread).  


 


Installation and Use


Before installing and using the single-flange level transmitter, carefully read the product brochure and instruction manual in detail. During installation, the flange must not leak, and the range and wiring must be ensured correct. The housing of the level transmitter generally needs to be grounded, the signal cable must not be laid together with the power cable, and strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided around the transmitter. During use, the transmitter should be periodically verified according to industry regulations.


On-site troubleshooting Most faults occurring at construction sites are caused by improper use and installation methods of the level transmitter. In summary, there are several aspects. 1. Pipeline blockage or incorrect installation form, and unreasonable pressure tapping point. 2. Leakage or blockage of the pressure guiding pipe, residual gas in the liquid-filled pipe or residual liquid in the gas-filled pipe, and sediment in the transmitter process flange, forming a measurement dead zone. 3. Incorrect transmitter wiring, excessively high or low power supply voltage, and poor contact at the connection between the indicator head and the instrument terminal. 4. Failure to install strictly according to technical requirements, and the installation method and site environment do not meet technical requirements.


All of the above faults occurring in the level transmitter will cause abnormal transmitter output or inaccurate measurement, but after careful inspection, strict use and installation in accordance with technical requirements, and timely effective measures, the problems can all be eliminated. For faults that cannot be handled, the transmitter should be sent to the laboratory or manufacturer for further inspection.


Installation of Additional Devices


(1) In order to prevent the level transmitter from being affected by corrosion of the measured medium or excessively high viscosity and crystallization, an isolation device should be installed;


(2) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by sudden changes or pulsating pressure of the measured medium, a buffer should be installed. Especially during sharp pressure increase and decrease, the level transmitter is most likely to be damaged and scrapped, and even the isolation diaphragm may be damaged, resulting in leakage;


(3) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a bend pipe device filled with liquid should be installed;


(5) Special-purpose level transmitters are strictly prohibited from other uses, and it is also strictly prohibited to measure on devices without special reliable devices, and it is even more strictly prohibited to use ordinary level transmitters for level measurement of special media;


(6) For newly purchased level transmitters, metrological verification must be carried out before installation and use, to prevent the accuracy from being damaged by vibration, damage, or other factors during transportation of the level instrument.

Solutions to Errors


1) The impulse pipe should be as short as possible;


2) When measuring liquid or steam, the impulse pipe should be connected upward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;


3) For gas measurement, the impulse pipe should be connected downward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;


4) The layout of liquid impulse pipelines should avoid high points in the middle, and the layout of gas impulse pipelines should avoid low points in the middle;


5) The two impulse pipes should maintain the same temperature;


6) To avoid friction effects, the diameter of the impulse pipe should be large enough;


7) There should be no gas present in the liquid-filled impulse pipe;


8) When using isolation liquid, the liquid in the impulse pipes on both sides should be the same;


9) When using a cleaning agent, the cleaning agent connection should be close to the pressure tapping port of the process pipeline, and the pipelines through which the cleaning agent passes should have the same length and diameter, and the cleaning agent should be prevented from passing through the transmitter.

I. Quality Assurance Service 


(I) Product quality implements the three guarantees 


  The product warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery and lasts for one year. During the warranty period, if there are quality problems of the product itself, our company provides free repair, replacement, and return services. 


   1、If general components of the product fail and can be restored to service requirements after replacement, free scheduled repair shall be provided; 


   2、If major components of the product fail and cannot be repaired on schedule, a qualified product of the same model and specification shall be replaced; 


 


(II) Scope of exemption 


  During the warranty period, product faults caused by the following human factors and force majeure are not covered by free repair, replacement, and return services:


   1、The usage occasion is inconsistent with the parameters in the order contract;


   2、Product failure caused by improper use by the customer; 


   3、The customer repairs and modifies the product without authorization; 


   4、The product appearance is severely damaged and deformed, the product identification is lost, and the product source cannot be identified; 


   5、Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires; 


   6、Human factors. 


II. Lifetime Product Maintenance Service 


For faulty products beyond the warranty period and within the scope of exemption, our company will provide lifetime maintenance for your products, only charging maintenance cost fees and product transportation costs.

All supplied products are provided with product certificates and instruction manuals, including product number, technical parameters, wiring, ex-factory date, etc. Please check carefully to avoid misuse. 2. Wiring shall be carried out strictly according to our company's instructions for use. 3. This product is a precision instrument. Random disassembly, collision, dropping, and poking the sensor with sharp tools are prohibited. 4. The transmitter can work immediately after power-on, but the output will be stable after 30 minutes of preheating. 5. If any abnormality is found during use, the power supply should be turned off, use should be stopped, and inspection should be carried out, or contact our company's technical department directly. 6. During transportation and storage, restore the original packaging and store it in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. 7. The quality warranty period is 12 months (damage caused by improper use such as pressure overload and incorrect wiring is not covered by the quality warranty). 8. Special products are customized products and do not participate in 7-day no-reason return. Customized products have a delivery lead time and are not returnable or exchangeable.
