The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of types and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of Class 0.1 capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, instrument processing, and other industries, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: within 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; within 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump within 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: After positive or negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: Medium temperature    -40~100℃

         Storage temperature    -40~100℃

         Overall operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: Applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure) and the upper limit of the transmitter range.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: adjustable time constant between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                  when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                    zero-point error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum range.

         Including the total error of range and zero point, it is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum range.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range span.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero-point error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero-point error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, while the zero-point error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.

  Range error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range span, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibration according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: it may generate a zero-position error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: compliant with IEC801 standard
