The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter produced using a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an excellent performance-to-price ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof characteristics. It is especially well known for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, instrument processing, and other industries, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements implemented in China.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: between 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no sudden jump between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristic: after positive or negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, the positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature      -40~100℃

         storage temperature      -40~100℃

         complete unit operating temperature   -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be from 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)to the upper limit of the transmitter range.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: adjustable time constant between 0.2~32.0s.

Startup time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                 when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                    zero error is ±0.25% of the maximum range/55℃.

         total error including range and zero point is ±0.5% of the maximum range/55℃.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.

    Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error of ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error of ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.

  Range error: the error of ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero shift error no greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected, with no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


Appearance Structure
