The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently developed by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practice.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitters manufactured by adopting a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an excellent price-performance ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of models and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially well known for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, instrument processing, and other industries, and complies with the “IEC” standard requirements implemented in China.

Square root output: between 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive and negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive and negative migration may be adjusted to 10% of the flow range.

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.
Startup time: 3s, no preheating required.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.
Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, for ranges 4、5 the zero error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and for ranges 3、6、7、8 the zero error is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.
Span error: for ranges 4、5、6、7、8, the error is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and for range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and may be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.
Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa at most, but it can be corrected and has no effect on span;
The measuring body is unaffected by rotation relative to the flange.
Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
