The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitters manufactured by adopting a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. Square root output: between 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive and negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive and negative migration may be adjusted to 10% of the flow range.

Overpressure limit: applying 0（absolute pressure）~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa（absolute pressure）and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2～32.0s.

Startup time: 3s, no preheating required.

　　　　Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.

    Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, for ranges 4、5 the zero error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and for ranges 3、6、7、8 the zero error is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.

　 Span error: for ranges 4、5、6、7、8, the error is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and for range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and may be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa at most, but it can be corrected and has no effect on span;

The measuring body is unaffected by rotation relative to the flange.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
