  As a core component of industrial automation systems,the stable operation of the KRS316 pressure transmitter directly affects production safety and efficiency。Diffused silicon liquid and gas pressure sensors are widely used in mainstream models such as DTT01、YP-P2、AYT316 due to their high accuracy and stability,but faults may still occur during long-term use due to environmental factors or improper operation。This article systematically summarizes typical fault symptoms of models such as KDX800、HX100,and provides practical troubleshooting solutions,covering a full-process operation guide from basic wiring inspection to complex accuracy calibration。

I、Common Fault Symptoms and Preliminary Diagnosis of Pressure Transmitters

  When diffused silicon pressure transmitters such as SK-2031、IP-B show abnormalities,operators should first make a preliminary judgment based on the following symptoms:

  1.Equipment Preparation:Select a standard pressure source with an accuracy grade 3 times higher than the transmitter under test(such as a 0.05 grade pneumatic pressure pump),and ensure that the calibration environment temperature of the IP-B transmitter is maintained at 23±2℃;

  2.Zero Adjustment:Under no-load conditions,enter the PV parameter menu of the ES-20 through a HART handheld communicator,and observe whether the zero output is within the range of 4mA±0.02mA;

  3.Span Calibration:Apply 100% span pressure to the KDX800,adjust the Span parameter so that the output current is 20mA±0.03mA,and repeat 3 times to take the average value;

  4.Linearity Test:Select three intermediate points of 25%、50%、75% to verify the linearity error of the HX-131,which should meet the accuracy grade requirements(for example,the error of 0.5 grade must be ≤±0.5%FS)。

III、Pressure Transmitter Wiring and Signal Fault Handling

  According to the wiring diagram specifications of the YP-P2 pressure transmitter,typical wiring issue handling solutions include:

  1.Reverse Power Polarity:This appears as no signal output from the HX100,and a multimeter must be used to check the wiring sequence of the red wire(+)and blue wire(-);reverse connection may burn out the internal fuse;

  2.Signal Cable Interference:When the SK-2031 has signal jumps,twisted-pair shielded cable(such as AWG18 specification)should be used,and the shielding layer must be grounded at a single point on the control cabinet side;

  3.Load Resistance Mismatch:The ES-20 requires a minimum operating voltage of 12VDC。When the line resistance is >600Ω,the output signal will attenuate,and the maximum allowable line resistance can be calculated using the formula R≤(Vs-12)/0.02。

  For models such as IP-B that support the HART protocol,when communication is abnormal,a 475 handheld communicator can be used to check the DD parameter configuration to ensure that the device address is consistent with the host system。If the KDX800 shows intermittent signals,it is recommended to connect a 0.1μF capacitor in parallel at the signal terminal to filter high-frequency interference。

IV、Maintenance Points Under Special Operating Conditions

  Pressure transmitters in different application scenarios require targeted maintenance:

  Corrosive Media:The 316L diaphragm of AYT316 must be inspected for corrosion every quarter,and it is recommended to install a DN20 flush diaphragm seal during installation;

  High-Temperature Steam:When DTT01 is used in an environment above 150℃,a siphon tube must be installed for cooling and the sealing graphite gasket must be replaced regularly;

  Vibration Environment:HX-131 should be installed with a vibration-damping bracket,and the vibration acceleration must not exceed 5g(frequency ≤200Hz)。

  For ES-20 applications under low-temperature operating conditions,attention must be paid to the risk of medium freezing in the pressure guiding pipe,and an electric heat tracing system can be used to maintain the ambient temperature >-20℃。When YP-P2 is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries,the hygienic process interface must undergo CIP cleaning verification every week。
