It should be noted in particular that,although the HX100 pressure transmitter is rated at 0.2% accuracy,its 316L stainless steel diaphragm structure can maintain a more stable performance degradation curve in corrosive media。According to our 5-year tracking data in the chlor-alkali industry,its actual service life is extended by more than 40% compared with conventional models。

Selecting a pressure transmitter is by no means a simple parameter comparison,but requires establishing a multidimensional evaluation system:
Media characteristics dimension: For corrosive gases,the Hastelloy diaphragm of KRS316 has more advantages than the ceramic diaphragm of DTT01;while in high-viscosity liquid measurement,the flush diaphragm structure of YP-P2 can effectively prevent scaling。
Environmental adaptability dimension: For oilfield wellhead equipment,the KDX800 pressure transmitter is recommended,as its operating temperature range of -40~125℃ and IP68 protection rating can adapt to extreme outdoor conditions。In the food and pharmaceutical fields,greater attention is paid to the 3A sanitary certification qualification of SK-2031。
Life-cycle cost dimension: Although the procurement cost of HX100 is relatively high,its mean time between failures(MTBF)reaches 150,000 hours,and over a 5-year service cycle,its total cost is actually 28% lower than that of ordinary models。
