In the field of weighing for concrete batching plants, the BLR-12(1) load cell has become the industry's preferred choice thanks to its outstanding stability and accuracy. As the construction industry continues to raise its requirements for concrete quality, batching plants have set higher standards for the accuracy and stability of weighing sensors. As the core component of flow control equipment, weighing sensors need to maintain long-term stable operation in harsh environments with high dust, strong vibration, and large temperature differences. After implementation of the project, the error in the concrete mix ratio for each batch was reduced from 1.8% to within 0.5%, saving more than 120,000 yuan in raw material costs annually.
Technical evaluators should focus on: 1) the measuring range should be selected as 120% of the actual maximum load, for example, for a batching plant commonly using a 30t hopper, the HGZS1-36t model is recommended; 2) check the OIML R60 certification documents to ensure legal metrology compliance; 3) verify the compatibility of the sensor with transmitters such as CYT-201A. For applications with explosion-proof requirements, the TH2 explosion-proof model compliant with ATEX standards should be selected.
