In industrial scenarios such as petrochemicals and metallurgy, high-temperature environments are one of the biggest challenges faced by pressure transmitters. When the ambient temperature exceeds 60℃, traditional pressure transmitters are prone to problems such as zero drift and signal distortion, which seriously affect measurement accuracy. The ATE316 pressure transmitter developed by Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrument Co., Ltd. adopts a special alloy diaphragm and temperature compensation technology, with an operating temperature range of -40~125℃, making it especially suitable for pressure monitoring under high-temperature working conditions. Through comparative testing, we found that after continuous operation for 72 hours in an 80℃ constant temperature chamber, the zero drift of ATE316 was only 0.1%FS, far better than the 0.5%FS required by industry standards.
To verify the actual performance of the ATE316 pressure transmitter in high-temperature environments, we built a testing platform compliant with ISO 9001 standards. The test data show that at an ambient temperature of 80℃, the linearity error of this model remains within ±0.15%, and the repeatability error does not exceed 0.05%. By comparison, the PT-309 pressure transmitter of the same class reaches a linearity error of ±0.3% under the same conditions. More notably, the temperature influence coefficient of ATE316 is only 0.01%/℃ (within the range of 0~80℃), which means that for every 10℃ change in temperature, its output error increases by only 0.1%. These data fully demonstrate its technical advantages in high-temperature stability.
For technical evaluators, when selecting a pressure transmitter suitable for high-temperature environments, the following parameters should be prioritized: first is the temperature compensation range, and it is recommended to choose a model with a compensation range more than 20% wider than the actual working conditions; second is the long-term stability index, as the performance degradation of the ATE316 pressure transmitter does not exceed 0.2% after a 1000-hour aging test; finally, the installation method should be considered, and split-type installation is recommended on high-temperature pipelines to isolate the effects of heat conduction.
