Product Overview
This level transmitter uses a high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the measuring element. It accurately measures the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid, which is proportional to the liquid level, and converts it into a standard (current or voltage) signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear relationship between the output signal and liquid depth to measure the liquid depth. The product features high accuracy and a compact size. It can be directly immersed in the liquid to measure the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid surface, making it convenient to use. It is suitable for liquid-level measurement and control in petroleum, chemical, power generation, municipal water supply, and hydrological exploration applications.

Operating Principle
Hydrostatic pressure measurement principle
When the level transmitter is immersed in the measured liquid to a certain depth, the pressure on the liquid-facing surface of the sensor is P=p.g.H+PO, where:
P: Pressure exerted on the liquid-facing surface of the sensor Unit: Pa
p: Density of the measured liquid Unit: kg/m3
g: Local gravitational acceleration Unit: m/s2
Po: Atmospheric pressure above the liquid surface Unit: Pa
H: Depth to which the sensor is immersed in the liquid Unit: m
At the same time, the atmospheric pressure PO above the liquid surface is introduced into the back-pressure chamber of the sensor through the vented cable, offsetting the PO on the liquid-facing surface of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: P=O.gH. Obviously, the liquid-level depth H can be obtained by measuring the pressure P. The pressure signal detected by the sensor is converted and amplified by the circuit, compensated, and then output as a standard signal.

Lightning-Protected Level Transmitter折叠
The lightning-protected level transmitter encapsulates an OEM oil-filled sensing core in a stainless-steel housing. The protective cap at the front protects the sensor diaphragm and allows the liquid to flow smoothly
and contact the diaphragm. The waterproof cable is sealed and connected to the housing, while the vent tube communicates with the atmosphere inside the cable. The internal structure is designed to prevent condensation. A three-stage lightning protection module is also designed into the internal circuit, effectively preventing damage caused by induced lightning.
Armored Level Transmitter折叠
This product can be directly inserted into the bottom of the liquid to measure the height from the end-mounted sensor to the liquid surface. It is easy to install and highly reliable, and is suitable for level measurement in open containers or applications requiring insertion installation.

(I) Three Guarantees for Product Quality
The product warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery and lasts one year. During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems caused by the product itself, our company provides free repair, replacement, and return services.
1. If a general component of the product fails and the product can resume normal operation after replacement, we will repair it free of charge within the specified period;
2. If a major component of the product fails and cannot be repaired within the specified period, it will be replaced with a qualified product of the same model and specifications;
(II) Exclusions
During the warranty period, product failures caused by the following human factors or force majeure are not covered by free repair, replacement, or return services:
1. The application conditions are inconsistent with the parameters specified in the purchase contract;
2. Product failure caused by improper use by the customer;
3. Unauthorized repair or modification of the product by the customer;
4. Severe damage or deformation of the product appearance, or loss of the product identification label such that the product source cannot be identified;
5. Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires;
6. Human factors.
II. Lifetime Product Repair Service
For products that fail after the warranty period or fall within the exclusions, our company provides lifetime repair service and charges only the repair and transportation costs.

Precautions 1. Please check them carefully to avoid incorrect use. 2. Wiring must be performed strictly according to our company's instructions for use. 3. This product is a precision instrument. Do not disassemble it arbitrarily, subject it to collision or falling, or puncture the sensor with sharp tools. 4. The transmitter can operate immediately after being powered on, but its output becomes stable after 30 minutes of preheating. 5. If an abnormality is found during use, turn off the power, stop using the product, and conduct an inspection, or contact our technical department directly. 6. During transportation and storage, restore the original packaging and store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. 7. The quality warranty period is 12 months (damage caused by improper use, such as pressure overload or incorrect wiring, is not covered by the quality warranty). 8. Special products are customized products and are not eligible for no-reason returns within 7 days. Customized products have a specified lead time and cannot be returned or exchanged.
