Product Overview


This level transmitter uses a high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as its measuring element. It accurately measures the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid, which is proportional to the liquid level. The measured pressure is then converted into a standard (current or voltage) signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear relationship between the output signal and the liquid depth, thus enabling the measurement of liquid depth. The product is highly accurate, compact, and can be directly immersed in liquid to measure the liquid height from the transmitter tip to the liquid surface, making it easy to use. It is suitable for level measurement and control in the petroleum, chemical, power plant, urban water supply, and hydrological exploration fields.



Features


The sensor part immersed in the liquid is a fully sealed stainless steel structure, while the electronic circuit housing is a cast aluminum structure. It is installed in a convenient location for wiring, making it easy to adjust and connect.

Working principle


Principle of hydrostatic measurement


When the level transmitter is submerged to a certain depth in the liquid being measured, the pressure on the sensor's liquid-facing surface is P = pgH + PO, where:


P: Pressure on the liquid-facing surface of the sensor (Pa)


p: Density of the liquid being measured, unit: kg/m³


g: Local gravitational acceleration, unit: m/s²


Po: Atmospheric pressure above the liquid surface, unit: Pa


H: Depth of liquid immersed by the sensor (in meters)


Simultaneously, atmospheric pressure PO above the liquid surface is introduced into the back pressure chamber of the sensor via a gas-conducting cable to reduce the PO above the liquid surface, so that the sensor measures the pressure as: P = 0.gH. Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the liquid level depth H can be obtained. The pressure signal sensed by the sensor is converted, amplified, and compensated before being output as a standard signal.

The submersible level transmitter uses a high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the measuring element. Lightning-proof liquid level transmitter folding


The lightning-protected level transmitter encapsulates the OEM-filled oil core within a stainless steel housing. The protective cap at the front end protects the sensor diaphragm while also ensuring smooth liquid flow.


Upon contact with the diaphragm, the waterproof wire is sealed to the outer casing, and the vent pipe is located inside the cable, allowing it to communicate with the atmosphere. The internal structure is designed to prevent condensation. Furthermore, a three-stage lightning protection module is incorporated into the internal circuitry to effectively prevent damage from induced lightning strikes.

This product can be directly inserted into the bottom of the liquid to measure the height from the sensor at the end to the liquid level surface. It is easy to install, highly reliable, and suitable for liquid level measurement in open containers or where insertion is required.

(a) Product quality is covered by a three-guarantee policy.


The product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, our company provides free repair, replacement, and return services for any product quality issues.


1. If a product's general components fail and can be replaced to restore its functionality, we will be responsible for free repairs on schedule.


2. If the main components of the product fail and cannot be repaired on schedule, replace them with qualified products of the same model and specifications.



(ii) Scope of Exemption


During the warranty period, the following product failures caused by human error or force majeure are not covered by the free repair, replacement, or return service:


1. The application scenario is inconsistent with the parameters specified in the purchase contract;


2. Product malfunction caused by improper customer use;


3. Customers repair or modify the product themselves;


4. The product's appearance is severely damaged or deformed, and the product label is missing, making it impossible to identify the product's origin;


5. Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires;


6. Human factors.


II. Lifetime product repair service


For products that are beyond the warranty period or fall within the scope of liability exemption, our company will provide lifetime repair services, charging only for repair costs and product transportation fees.

During transportation and storage, restore the original packaging and store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. 7. The quality guarantee period is 12 months (damage caused by improper use such as pressure overload or incorrect wiring is not covered by the quality guarantee). 8.
