    This pressure transmitter adopts 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm structure,high accuracy,strong anti-interference capability, and good long-term stability.It has a wide medium temperature rangeat-40~+400℃,excellent corrosion resistance, and can measure a variety of media.The bodyis compact and exquisite, and easy to install.It is generally available in two installation methods: threaded installation and flange installation, with good sealing performance.
  In addition, customized high-temperature pressure transmitters.The maximum pressure can reach 100MPa, and the medium temperature can reach 400℃.Thispressuretransmitteris widely used in aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, ships, medicine, environmental protection, scientific research and other fields for the measurement and control of high-temperature gases, liquids, fluid media, and colloids, and is an ideal product for measuring high-temperature media.

 Common technical parameters and specifications of pressure transmitters:

1.Pressure measurement range: optional within -0.1~100MPa, commonly used pressure ranges include 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa, etc.

2.Overload pressure: the overload pressure of industrial-grade pressure transmitters can usually reach twice their full-scale range. Note that this is instantaneous overload and cannot be maintained for a long time. Long-term overload will cause damage to the elastic diaphragm of the pressure transmitter, and this damage is irreversible.

3.Measured medium: the core diaphragm of the diffused silicon pressure transmitter is made of 316L stainless steel, and is compatible with gases and liquids that are not corrosive to 316L stainless steel. Strong acid and alkali media are generally measured using pressure transmitters with ceramic or sapphire core materials, and the housing can be made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene.

4.Output signal: the output signal of a pressure transmitter is generally an industrial-grade standard signal, including current types 4-20mA and 0-20mA, as well as voltage types 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V and other signals.

5.Power supply voltage: the standard power supply voltage for pressure transmitters is 24VDC DC power supply, and power can also be supplied within the wide voltage range of 12-36VDC.

6.Accuracy: accuracy refers to the precision of the pressure transmitter. The precision is calculated based on the transmitter's linearity, non-linearity, and repeatability. Standard accuracy grades generally include 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.1%.

7.Temperature: there are three temperature parameters for pressure transmitters. The first is the temperature of the measured medium, with the standard temperature being -20~+85℃. If the temperature of the measured medium is too high or too low, a heat dissipation device needs to be added; the second is the storage temperature of the pressure transmitter, which is generally within the normal temperature range of 0-50℃; the third is the compensation temperature of the pressure transmitter. A pressure transmitter with temperature compensation is almost unaffected by temperature changes in output within its compensated temperature range.

8.Response time: the output of the pressure transmitter is an electrical signal transmitted in real time, generally understood as having infinite resolution. As long as the accuracy of the secondary instrument is high enough, the data that can be read is basically infinite. For applications requiring high-frequency response such as explosion measurement, a high-frequency dynamic pressure transmitter is required.

9.Pressure connection: general pressure connections are threaded, with standards including M20*1.5, G1/2 and G1/4. Special threads required by customers can also be customized. In addition to threaded connections, pressure transmitters can also be made with hygienic clamp quick connections and flange connections.

10.Electrical connection: the electrical connections of pressure transmitters include Hirschmann connector connection, aviation plug connection, direct cable connection, waterproof connection, and 2088 junction box connection, etc.

11.Explosion-proof and protection rating: in occasions such as coal mines and power plants where electrical safety is particularly important, pressure transmitters are required to have excellent explosion-proof and protection ratings.
