This pressure transmitter adopts a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm structure, offering high accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and good long-term stability. High-temperature pressure transmitters can also be customized. The maximum pressure can reach 100MPa, and the medium temperature can reach 400℃. Common technical parameters and specifications of pressure transmitters:
1.Pressure measurement range: selectable within -0.1~100MPa, commonly used pressure ranges include 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.5MPa, etc.
2.Overload pressure: industrial-grade pressure transmitters can usually withstand overload pressure up to twice their full scale. Note that this is instantaneous overload and should not be maintained for a long time. Long-term overload will cause damage to the elastic diaphragm of the pressure transmitter, and this damage is irreversible.
3.Measuring medium: the diaphragm of the diffused silicon pressure transmitter core is made of 316L stainless steel, and is compatible with gases and liquids that are non-corrosive to 316L stainless steel. For strongly acidic or alkaline media, pressure transmitters with ceramic or sapphire core materials are generally used for measurement, and the housing can be made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE.
4.Output signal: the output signal of the pressure transmitter is generally an industrial standard signal, including current types 4-20mA and 0-20mA, as well as voltage types 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, and other signals.
5.Power supply voltage: the standard power supply voltage for the pressure transmitter is 24VDC DC power supply, and it can also be powered within the wide voltage range of 12-36VDC.
6.Accuracy: accuracy refers to the precision of the pressure transmitter. Precision is calculated based on the transmitter's linearity, non-linearity, and repeatability. Standard accuracy grades generally include 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.1%.
7.Temperature: there are three temperature parameters for the pressure transmitter. The first is the temperature of the measured medium, with the standard temperature being -20~+85℃. If the temperature of the measured medium is too high or too low, a heat dissipation device needs to be added; the second is the storage temperature of the pressure transmitter, which is generally within normal room temperature 0-50℃; the third is the compensation temperature of the pressure transmitter. A pressure transmitter that has undergone temperature compensation will output almost unaffected by temperature changes within the compensated temperature range.
8.Response time: the output of the pressure transmitter is a real-time transmitted electrical signal, generally understood as having infinite resolution. As long as the accuracy of the secondary instrument is high enough, the readable data is basically infinite. For applications requiring high-frequency response such as explosion measurement, a high-frequency dynamic pressure transmitter is required.
9.Pressure connection: the general pressure connection is threaded, with standards including M20*1.5, G1/2, and G1/4. Special threads required by customers can also be customized. In addition to threaded connections, the pressure transmitter can also be made with hygienic clamp quick connections and flange connections.
10.Electrical connection: the electrical connections of the pressure transmitter include Hirschmann connector connection, aviation plug connection, direct cable outlet connection, waterproof connection, and 2088 terminal box connection, etc.
