This pressure transmitter adopts a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm structure, with high accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and good long-term stability. The medium temperature range is wide, around -40~+400℃, with excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for measuring various media. The body is compact and delicate, making installation convenient. It generally comes in two installation methods: threaded installation and flange installation, both with good sealing performance.
High-temperature pressure transmitters can also be customized. The maximum pressure can reach 100MPa, and the medium temperature can reach 400℃. Common technical parameters and specifications of the pressure transmitter:
1.Pressure measurement range: selectable within -0.1~100MPa, with commonly used pressure ranges such as 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa, etc.
2.Overload pressure: industrial-grade pressure transmitters can usually withstand overload pressure up to twice their full-scale range. Note that this is instantaneous overload and should not be sustained for a long time, as prolonged overload will cause damage to the elastic diaphragm of the pressure transmitter, and this damage is irreversible.
3.Measured medium: the sensing diaphragm of the diffused silicon pressure transmitter is made of 316L stainless steel, making it compatible with gases and liquids that are not corrosive to 316L stainless steel. Strong acid and alkali media are generally measured using pressure transmitters with ceramic or sapphire sensing elements, and the housing can be made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE.
4.Output signal: the output signal of the pressure transmitter is generally an industrial-grade standard signal, including current types 4-20mA and 0-20mA, as well as voltage types 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V and other signals.
5.Power supply voltage: the standard power supply voltage of the pressure transmitter is 24VDC DC power supply, and it can also be powered within a wide voltage range of 12-36VDC.
6.Accuracy: accuracy refers to the precision of the pressure transmitter. The accuracy is calculated based on the transmitter's linearity, non-linearity, and repeatability. Standard accuracy grades generally include 0.5%, 0.25%, and 0.1%.
7.Temperature: there are three temperature parameters for the pressure transmitter. The first is the temperature of the measured medium, with the standard temperature being -20~+85℃. If the temperature of the measured medium is too high or too low, a heat dissipation device needs to be added; the second is the storage temperature of the pressure transmitter, which is generally within normal temperature 0-50℃; the third is the compensation temperature of the pressure transmitter. A pressure transmitter with temperature compensation is almost unaffected by temperature changes in output within its compensated temperature range.
8.Response time: the output of the pressure transmitter is a real-time transmitted electrical signal, generally understood as having infinite resolution. As long as the accuracy of the secondary instrument is high enough, the readable data is basically infinite. For applications requiring high-frequency response such as explosion measurement, a high-frequency dynamic pressure transmitter is required.
9.Pressure interface: the general pressure interface is threaded, with standards such as M20*1.5, G1/2 and G1/4. Special threads required by customers can also be customized. In addition to threaded interfaces, the pressure transmitter can also be made with sanitary clamp quick-connect interfaces and flange interfaces.
10.Electrical connection: the electrical connections of the pressure transmitter include Hirschmann connector connection, aviation plug connection, direct cable outlet connection, waterproof connection, and 2088 terminal box connection, etc.
