The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With an extremely high cost-performance ratio, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete product varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: within 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; within 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Power      supply: external 24V DC power supply,(power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: the maximum allowable load resistance in the load resistor circuit is Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: after positive or negative shift, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative shift can be adjusted to 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature  -40~100℃

         storage temperature  -40~100℃

         complete unit operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; the normal operating pressure should be within 3.45kPa(absolute pressure) to the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

   (Under standard test conditions with no shift, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm, and other standard test conditions.)

    Range ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated span,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/span)% span,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated span,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/span)% span,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum span;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                   zero error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum span.

        total error including span and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum span.

  Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error of ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and the zero error of ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.

  Span error: the error of ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25% of the maximum span range/6.89MPa, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25% of the maximum span range. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: a zero-position error of no more than 0.25 kPa may be generated, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the span;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


Appearance Structure
