This series of pressure transmitters uses imported ceramic sensors or diffused silicon sensors with internationally advanced technology, adopting piezoresistive ceramic diaphragms:E+H capacitive ceramic sensors: adopting diffused silicon sensors from GE NovaSensor of the United States, combined with high-precision electronic components, and assembled through a strict manufacturing process, compared with conventional pressure transmitters currently on the market.there are two significant technical differences, one is that the measuring element uses new ceramic materials, which will not cause process contamination to the measured medium.Second, there is no intermediate liquid inside the measuring element, and it is completely solid-state.The medium pressure acts directly on the ceramic diaphragm, causing displacement of the measuring diaphragm, thereby generating a change in capacitance, which is detected, amplified, and converted into a standard signal output by the electronic components connected to it. Under normal pressure, the diaphragm displacement is 0.025mm;under overpressure, the diaphragm displacement is0.1mm, at which time the measuring diaphragm adheres to the ceramic support and is protected, thus avoiding damage.

 

Main performance indicators:

Imported ceramic sensors or diffused silicon sensors are used, with no intermediate liquid, small temperature drift, strong corrosion resistance; robust and durable, with strong overpressure resistance, and excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
The pure ceramic substrate will not cause process contamination and is suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Zero point and span positive and negative shift are adjustable, easy to operate, and do not affect each other during adjustment;
Wide pressure range, from micro pressure10kPa to high pressure160MPa;
Good stability: ≤0.2FS/year;
Linearity better than 0.1FS;
Wide compensated temperature range: -40+85℃;
Electromagnetic interference resistance;
Because the sensor uses dry ceramic, without any dielectric, it is minimally affected by temperature and is not affected by installation orientation.

   For the two-wire 4-20mA output model, the standard power supply is DC24V, when the load resistance is greater than 600Ω, for every additional 50Ω, an additional 1V power supply is required, but the zui maximum power supply limit is DC45V.When a power supply exceeding DC24V is required, the output circuit should avoid long-term operation under zero load resistance, and if necessary, a resistor may be connected in series in the output circuit to reduce the power consumption of the output power transistor.Under zero load resistance, the zui minimum supply voltage is DC12V
