The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument independently developed by our company based on years of research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter uses a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company to produce a new-generation intelligent transmitter. In principle, a direct digital capacitive circuit is used to replace the analog signal amplification and A/D conversion circuits. Digital compensation technology is used to compensate for temperature and static pressure, improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features a compact size, high reliability, and excellent long-term stability. With an extremely high performance-to-price ratio, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features an innovative design principle, a complete range of specifications, easy installation and use, and safe explosion-proof operation. It is particularly known for its high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, excellent long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection, and suitability for harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in domestic and overseas markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote-seal, and level models, with corresponding optional accessories. It can be widely used in the power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing industries and complies with the requirements of the “IEC” standards implemented in China.

Square-root output: Between 1.0%~100% of the input pressure, the output has a square-root relationship with the differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with the differential pressure; there is no step change between the 4~20mADC output, and a HART? protocol digital signal is superimposed (two-wire system). Users can select linear or square-root output according to site conditions.

Static pressure effect: For linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for Ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error for Ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.
Range error: For Ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the error is -1±0.25% of the maximum range/6.89MPa; for Range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25% of the maximum range. This is a system error and can be calibrated according to the actual static pressure before installation to eliminate the error.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005% of output span/V
Vibration effect: At any axial direction and a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05% of the maximum range/g.
Load effect: As long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: May produce a maximum zero-position error of no more than 0.25 kPa, which can be corrected and has no effect on the range;
Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

Precautions 1. All supplied products come with a certificate of conformity and an instruction manual containing the product number, technical parameters, wiring diagrams, production date, and other information. Please check them carefully to avoid incorrect use. 2. Wiring must be carried out strictly in accordance with our company's operating instructions. 3. This product is a precision instrument. Do not disassemble, impact, or drop it arbitrarily, or poke the sensor with sharp tools. 4. The transmitter can operate immediately after being powered on, but its output becomes stable after 30 minutes of preheating. 5. If an abnormality is found during use, turn off the power, stop using the product, and inspect it, or contact our technical department directly. 6. During transportation and storage, restore the original packaging and store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. 7. The quality warranty period is 12 months. Damage caused by improper use, such as pressure overload or incorrect wiring, is not covered by the quality warranty. 8. Special products are customized products and are not eligible for return without reason within 7 days. Customized products have a lead time and cannot be returned or exchanged.
