The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The transmitter features a compact size, high reliability, and excellent long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance and has thus become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design concept, a complete range of types and specifications, easy installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially well known for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, excellent long-term stability, strong unilateral overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.
Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.
Span error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and may be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output span
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.
Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating region.
Installation position effect: a zero position error not greater than 0.25 kPa may be generated, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the span;
Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
