This intelligent single-flange level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practical experience.
This single-flange level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter produced by adopting sensors manufactured with imported technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The transmitter features compact size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With its extremely high cost performance, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This single-flange level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of models and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safe explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Accuracy: when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated span;
when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% span;

Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: when the pressure diaphragm is in a vertical position, it may produce a maximum zero shift error of 0.25kPa; when the pressure diaphragm is in a horizontal position, it may produce a maximum zero shift of 0.98kPa (for insertion-type flanges, the insertion length variation shall be added), but it has no effect on the span, and this error can be corrected and eliminated.

Installation and Use
Before installing and using the single-flange level transmitter, carefully read the product catalog and instruction manual in detail. During installation, the flange must not leak, and the range and wiring must be ensured correct. The housing of the level transmitter generally needs to be grounded, the signal cable must not be laid together with the power cable, and strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided around the transmitter. During use, the transmitter should be periodically verified in accordance with industry regulations.
On-site fault inspection Most faults occurring at construction sites are caused by improper use and installation methods of the level transmitter. They can be summarized in several aspects. 1. Pipeline blockage or improper installation form, unreasonable pressure tapping point. 2. Leakage or blockage of the pressure guide pipe, residual gas in the liquid-filled pipe or residual liquid in the gas-filled pipe, and sediment in the process flange of the transmitter, forming a measurement dead zone. 3. Incorrect transmitter wiring, excessively high or low power supply voltage, and poor contact at the connection between the indicator head and the instrument terminal. 4. Failure to install strictly according to technical requirements, and the installation method and site environment do not meet the technical requirements.
All of the above faults in the level transmitter will cause abnormal transmitter output or inaccurate measurement, but after careful inspection, strict use and installation according to the technical requirements, and timely effective measures, the problems can all be eliminated. For faults that cannot be handled, the transmitter should be sent to the laboratory or the manufacturer for further inspection.
Installation of Additional Devices
(1) In order to prevent the level transmitter from being affected by corrosion, excessive viscosity, or crystallization of the measured medium, an isolation device should be installed;
(2) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by drastic changes or pulsating pressure of the measured medium, a buffer device should be installed. Especially during sharp pressure increase and pressure drop, the level transmitter is most likely to be damaged and scrapped, and even the isolation diaphragm may be damaged, resulting in leakage;
(3) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a liquid-filled bent tube device should be installed;
(5) Dedicated level transmitters are strictly prohibited from other uses, and it is also strictly prohibited to carry out measurement on devices without special reliable devices, and it is even more strictly prohibited to use ordinary level transmitters for level measurement of special media;
(6) For newly purchased level transmitters, metrological verification must be carried out before installation and use, so as to prevent vibration, damage, or other factors during transportation from damaging the accuracy of the level instrument.

Solutions to Errors
1) The impulse pipe should be as short as possible;
2) When measuring liquid or steam, the impulse pipe should be connected upward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;
3) For gas measurement, the impulse pipe should be connected downward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;
4) The layout of the liquid impulse pipeline should avoid high points in the middle, and the layout of the gas impulse pipeline should avoid low points in the middle;
5) The two impulse pipes should maintain the same temperature;
6) In order to avoid friction effects, the diameter of the impulse pipe should be large enough;
7) There should be no gas in the liquid-filled impulse pipe;
8) When using isolation liquid, the liquids in the impulse pipes on both sides should be the same;
9) When using a purging agent, the connection point of the purging agent should be close to the pressure tapping point of the process pipeline, and the pipelines through which the purging agent passes should have the same length and diameter, and the purging agent should be prevented from passing through the transmitter.

I. Quality Assurance Service
(I) Product quality is subject to the Three Guarantees policy
The product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if there is a quality problem with the product itself, our company will provide free repair, replacement, and return services.
1、If general parts of the product fail and can be restored to the required use after replacement, we shall be responsible for free scheduled repair;
2、If the main parts of the product fail and cannot be repaired on schedule, a qualified product of the same model and specification shall be replaced;
(II) Scope of exemption
During the warranty period, product failures caused by the following human factors and force majeure are not covered by the free repair, replacement, and return services:
1、The usage occasion is inconsistent with the parameters of the order contract;
2、Product failure caused by improper use by the customer;
3、The customer repairs and modifies the product without authorization;
4、The appearance of the product is seriously damaged or deformed, and the product identification is lost, making it impossible to identify the product source;
5、Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires;
6、Human factors.
