      This intelligent single-flange level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently developed by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practical experience.

      This single-flange level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter produced by adopting sensors manufactured with imported technology and combining them with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product has an extremely high performance-to-price ratio, making it a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

      This single-flange level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 grade level transmitters can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, instrumentation processing, and other industries.

      Load characteristics: regardless of the output, after positive or negative shift, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL.

Performance Indicators  

     (Under standard test conditions without shift, with 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)

     Turndown ratio: 40:1

     Accuracy: when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range;

                    when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range;

     Stability: the six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

     Temperature effect: zero error is ±0.375%/55℃ of the maximum range.

        The total error including range and zero point is ±0.75%/55℃ of the maximum range.

     Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range


     Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

     Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

     Installation position effect: when the pressure diaphragm is in the vertical position, a zero point change error of up to 0.25kPa may occur; when the pressure diaphragm is in the horizontal position, a zero point change of up to 0.98kPa may occur (for insertion-type flanges, the insertion length variation should be added), but it has no effect on the range, and this error can be corrected and eliminated.

Structural Materials

    Diaphragm in contact with the medium, including gasket and other contact surfaces: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, tantalum;

    Insertion part: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C;

    Vent/drain valve: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C;

    Flange and connector: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C;

     “O” ring (in contact with measuring medium): fluororubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene;

    Mounting flange (non-contact) medium: cadmium-plated carbon steel (or 316 stainless steel);

    Bolt: carbon steel zinc-plated, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr17Ni4CuNb, 42CrMo;

    Filling liquid: silicone oil or inert liquid;

    Electrical housing: low-copper aluminum alloy;

    Coating: polyester epoxy resin.

    Pressure guide connection:

                      High-pressure side: 3″ or 4″ 150lb flange or 300lb flange;

                      Low-pressure side: flange connection thread 1/4-18NPT (taper pipe thread);

    Connector connection thread 1/2-14NPT (taper pipe thread).  


 


Installation and Use


Before installing and using the single-flange level transmitter, please read the product sample and instruction manual in detail. During installation, the flange must not leak, and the range and wiring must be correct. The housing of the level transmitter generally needs to be grounded, the signal cable must not be laid together with the power cable, and strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided around the transmitter. During use, the transmitter should be periodically verified according to industry regulations.


On-site fault inspection Most faults occurring on construction sites are caused by improper use and installation methods of the level transmitter. In summary, there are several aspects. 1. Pipeline blockage or incorrect installation form, unreasonable pressure tapping point. 2. Pressure guide pipe leakage or blockage, residual gas in the liquid-filled pipe or residual liquid in the gas-filled pipe, and sediment in the process flange of the transmitter, forming a measurement dead zone. 3. Incorrect transmitter wiring, excessively high or low power supply voltage, poor contact at the connection between the indicator head and the instrument wiring terminal. 4. Failure to install strictly according to technical requirements, and the installation method and site environment do not meet technical requirements.


The above faults occurring in the level transmitter will cause abnormal transmitter output or inaccurate measurement, but after careful inspection, strict use and installation according to technical requirements, and timely effective measures, the problems can all be eliminated. For faults that cannot be handled, the transmitter should be sent to the laboratory or manufacturer for further inspection.


Installation of Additional Devices


(1) In order to prevent the level transmitter from being affected by corrosion, excessive viscosity, or crystallization of the measured medium, an isolation device should be installed;


(2) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by sudden changes or pulsating pressure of the measured medium, a buffer should be installed. Especially during sharp pressure increases and drops, the level transmitter is most likely to be damaged and scrapped, and even the isolation diaphragm may rupture and leak;


(3) In order to ensure that the level transmitter is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a bent tube device filled with liquid should be installed;


(5) Dedicated level transmitters are strictly prohibited from other uses, and are also strictly prohibited from measuring on devices without special reliable devices. It is even more strictly prohibited to use ordinary level transmitters for level measurement of special media;


(6) For newly purchased level transmitters, metrological verification must be carried out before installation and use, to prevent vibration, damage, or other factors during transportation from impairing accuracy.

Solutions for Errors


1) The impulse pipe should be as short as possible;


2) When measuring liquid or steam, the impulse pipe should be connected upward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;


3) For gas measurement, the impulse pipe should be connected downward to the process pipeline, and its slope should not be less than 1/12;


4) The layout of liquid impulse pipelines should avoid intermediate high points, and the layout of gas impulse pipelines should avoid intermediate low points;


5) The two impulse pipes should maintain the same temperature;


6) To avoid friction effects, the diameter of the impulse pipe should be large enough;


7) There should be no gas in the liquid-filled impulse pipe;


8) When using isolation liquid, the liquid in the impulse pipes on both sides should be the same;


9) When using a cleaning agent, the cleaning agent connection should be close to the pressure tapping port of the process pipeline, and the length and diameter of the pipeline through which the cleaning agent passes should be the same. The cleaning agent should be prevented from passing through the transmitter.

After-sales Service


I. Quality Assurance Service 


(I) Product quality implements the three guarantees 


  The product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if there are quality problems with the product itself, our company provides free repair, replacement, and return services. 


   1、If general parts of the product fail and can be restored to use requirements after replacement, we are responsible for free scheduled repair; 


   2、If major parts of the product fail and cannot be repaired on schedule, replace with a qualified product of the same model and specification; 


 


(II) Scope of exemption 


  During the warranty period, product failures caused by the following human factors and force majeure are not covered by free repair, replacement, and return services:


   1、The application occasion is inconsistent with the parameters in the order contract;


   2、Product failure caused by improper use by the customer; 


   3、Customer's unauthorized repair and modification of the product; 


   4、Serious damage and deformation of the product appearance, loss of product identification, and inability to identify the product source; 


   5、Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires; 


   6、Human factors. 


II. Lifetime Product Repair Service 


For defective products beyond the warranty period and within the exemption scope, our company will provide lifetime repair service for your product, charging only the repair cost and product transportation cost.

Random disassembly, collision, dropping, and poking the sensor with sharp tools are prohibited. 4. The transmitter can work immediately after power-on, but the output becomes stable after preheating for 30 minutes. 5. If any abnormality is found during use, the power should be turned off, use stopped, and inspection carried out, or contact our company's technical department directly. 6. During transportation and storage, restore the original packaging and store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. 7. The quality guarantee period is 12 months (damage caused by improper use such as pressure overload and wiring errors is not covered by the quality guarantee). 8. Special products are customized products, do not participate in the 7-day no-reason return policy, customized products have a delivery time, and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
