The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently developed by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practice.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an extremely high cost-performance ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of models and specifications, easy installation and use, safety, and explosion protection. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and instrument processing, and complies with the IEC standard requirements implemented in China.

Square root output: within 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; within 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump within 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive or negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.
Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.
Range error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25% of the maximum range. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibration according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output range
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.
Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating zone.
Mounting position effect: may generate a zero shift error of no more than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected, with no effect on the range;
The measuring body rotating relative to the flange has no effect.
