The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. Load characteristics: after positive and negative shift, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, the positive and negative shift can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error of ranges 4、5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error of ranges 3、6、7、8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.

　 Range error: the error of ranges 4、5、6、7、8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25% of the maximum range. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibration according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: a zero offset error of no more than 0.25 kPa may be generated at most, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
