The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitters manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an extremely high cost-performance ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, easy installation and operation, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially well known for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in domestic and international markets. This 0.1-class capacitive intelligent transmitter series includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, instrumentation processing, and other industries, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no abrupt change in the output between 4~20mADC, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal (two-wire system), and users can select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive and negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. Under square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.
Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.
Span error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a systematic error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.
Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: it may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;
The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
