The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance, making it a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, safety, and explosion protection. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong unidirectional overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and overseas markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero point error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero point error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, and the zero point error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.
Range error: the error for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range span, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output span
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.
Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.
Installation position effect: the maximum zero shift error generated is no greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;
Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
