The capacitive smart pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The smart pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrated with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate temperature static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance, making it a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This smart pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive smart transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the requirements of the “IEC” standards promoted in China.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump in the output between 4~20mADC, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Power      supply: externally supplied 24V DC, (power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: maximum allowable load resistance in the load circuit Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous areas: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

               intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: after positive/negative shift, the upper and lower limits of its range shall not exceed the limits of the measuring range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. Under square root output, the positive/negative shift can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature  -40~100℃

         storage temperature  -40~100℃

         complete unit operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: apply 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter without damage; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be from 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)to the upper limit of the transmitter range.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: time constant adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

    Turndown ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: for ranges 3, 4, 5

                when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

                for ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                   zero error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum range.

          total error including range and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum range.

  Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum measuring range.

    Static pressure effect: under linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum measuring range, and for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 the zero error is ±0.5% of the maximum measuring range.

  Range error: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the error is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum measuring range, and for range 3 the error is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum measuring range.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: the maximum zero error generated is not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
