The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently developed by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practice.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an extremely high cost-performance ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error of ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero error of ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.

　 Range error: the error of ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating zone.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
