The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology, combined with advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an extremely high performance-to-price ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, easy installation and operation, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially well known for high accuracy, small size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1-grade capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and instrument processing, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Measurement range: range 3  0-0.2~6.0kPa

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump in the output between 4~20mADC, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Power      supply: externally supplied 24V DC, (power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: the maximum allowable load resistance in the load resistor circuit is Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: after positive or negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature    -40~100℃

         storage temperature    -40~100℃

         overall operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Startup time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

   (Under standard test conditions with no migration, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm, and other standard conditions.)

    Range ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: range 3, 4, 5

                  when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability: the six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                    the zero-point error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum range.

         the total error including range and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum range.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range span.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero-point error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero-point error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, and for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8, the zero-point error is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.

  Range error: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the error is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range span, and for range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibration according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the resulting error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.

    Load effect: as long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: the maximum zero-position error generated is no greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected, with no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


Appearance Structure
