The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrated with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With an extremely high cost-performance ratio, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, easy installation and operation, safety, and explosion protection. It is especially known for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the IEC standards promoted in China.

Output signal:Linear output:4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output:When the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure;between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure;there is no jump change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Installation in hazardous locations: Flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

               Intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics:After positive and negative migration, the upper and lower limits of the range must not exceed the limits of the range. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL;the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range:Medium temperature    -40~100℃

         Storage temperature    -40~100℃

         Complete unit operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity:0~100%

Overpressure limit:Applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter;the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure;normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Volume change:less than 0.16cm3

Damping: Adjustable time constant between 0.2~32.0s.

Startup time:3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

   (Under standard test conditions without migration, with 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)

    Turndown ratio:40:1

    Accuracy:Range 3, 4, 5

                When the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

               Range 6, 7, 8

                      When the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability:maximum error over six months is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect:Range 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                   Zero point error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum range.

         Total error including range and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum range.

    Note:For Range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect:After applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.

    Static pressure effect:During linear output, zero point error:after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero point error of Range 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero point error of Range 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.

  Range error:The error of Range 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error of Range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect:less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect:On any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

    Load effect:As long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Mounting position effect:A zero shift error not greater than 0.25 kPa may be generated, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation:complies with IEC801 standard
