The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter produced by adopting a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. Load characteristics: after positive or negative shift, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative shift can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4、5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and for ranges 3、6、7、8 the zero error is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.

　 Span error: the error for ranges 4、5、6、7、8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating zone.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on span;

The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
