The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.
The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter produced by adopting a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. With an extremely high cost-performance ratio, this product has become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.
This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of types and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, easy adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in both domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, instrument processing, and other industries, and complies with the “IEC” standard requirements promoted in China.

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no step change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive or negative shift, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative shift can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Damping: adjustable time constant between 0.2~32.0s.

Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.
Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.
Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4、5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and for ranges 3、6、7、8 the zero error is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.
Span error: the error for ranges 4、5、6、7、8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range, and the error for range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.
Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span
Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.
Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating zone.
Installation position effect: may produce a zero error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on span;
The rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.
Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
