The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company based on many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitter produced by adopting a sensor core manufactured with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitive circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, complete varieties and specifications, convenient installation and use, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, easy adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a high reputation in domestic and overseas markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes multiple types such as pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, and level, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and instrument processing, and complies with the IEC standards implemented in China.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: within 1.0%~100% input pressure, the output is in a square root relationship with differential pressure; within 0%~0.1%, the output is in a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no abrupt change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users may select linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Power      supply: external 24V DC power supply,(power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: the maximum allowable load resistance of the load resistor loop Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: after positive or negative shift, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, positive or negative shift can calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature    -40~100℃

         storage temperature    -40~100℃

         complete unit operating temperature  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure) and the upper limit of the transmitter range.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: time constant adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

    (Under standard test conditions with no shift, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm, and other standard test conditions.)

    Range ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                 when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated range,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated range,

                      when the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% range,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum range;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                    zero-point error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum range.

         the total error including range and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum range.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying 140kgf/cm2 pressure, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero-point error: after applying 140kgf/cm2 static pressure, the zero-point error of ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range, and the zero-point error of ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range.

  Range error: the error of ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of the output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: may produce a zero-point error not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


Appearance and Structure

 Structural materials:

        Isolation diaphragm and vent/drain valve: 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, Monel;
