The capacitive intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a high-precision intelligent instrument product independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company on the basis of many years of scientific research and practical experience.

The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured by using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The transmitter features compact size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers an excellent performance-to-price ratio and has therefore become a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

This intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter features a novel design principle, a complete range of models and specifications, convenient installation and operation, and safety explosion-proof performance. It is especially renowned for high accuracy, compact size, light weight, convenient adjustment, good long-term stability, strong one-way overload protection capability, and suitability for use in harsh environments. Therefore, it enjoys a very high reputation in domestic and international markets. This series of 0.1 class capacitive intelligent transmitters includes pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, remote transmission, level, and many other types, and is equipped with corresponding optional products. It can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, instrumentation processing, and other industries, and complies with the "IEC" standard requirements promoted in China.

Measurement range: Range 3  0-0.2~6.0kPa

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal(two-wire system);

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump in the 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal(two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to site conditions.

Power      supply: externally supplied 24V DC,(power supply range 14.5V~45V)

Load characteristics: the maximum allowable load resistance in the load resistor circuit is Rmax=(E-10.5)/0.0236(Ω)


                 


Installation in hazardous locations: flameproof type Exd Ⅱ CT6;

                intrinsically safe type Exia Ⅱ CT6;

Load characteristics: after positive and negative migration, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. With square root output, the positive and negative migration can be adjusted to calibrate 10% of the flow range.

Temperature range: medium temperature  -40~100℃

         storage temperature  -40~100℃

         operating temperature of complete unit  -40~85℃

Relative humidity: 0~100%

Overpressure limit: applying 0(absolute pressure)~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa(absolute pressure)and the upper limit of the transmitter range.

Volume change: less than 0.16cm3

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.

Start-up time: 3s, no preheating required.


Performance indicators:

   (Under standard test conditions without migration, with 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)

    Range ratio: 40:1

    Accuracy: ranges 3, 4, 5

                 when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.1% of the calibrated span,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.05(1+0.1URL/range)% span,

                ranges 6, 7, 8

                      when the turndown ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.15% of the calibrated span,

                      when the turndown ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.075(1+0.1URL/range)% span,

    Stability: six-month error is ±0.15% of the maximum span;

    Temperature effect: ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

                    zero error is ±0.25%/55℃ of the maximum span.

         the total error including span and zero point is ±0.5%/55℃ of the maximum span.

    Note: for range 3, the temperature error should be doubled.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum span range.

    Static pressure effect: with linear output, zero error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero error for ranges 4 and 5 is ±0.25% of the maximum span range, and the zero error for ranges 3, 6, 7, and 8 is ±0.5% of the maximum span range.

  Span error: for ranges 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the error is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum span range; for range 3, the error is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output span

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum span range.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating area.

    Installation position effect: a zero shift error of no more than 0.25 kPa may be generated, but it can be corrected and has no effect on span;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard


Appearance Structure
