The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new-generation intelligent transmitter manufactured by using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and integrating the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it adopts a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and uses digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. Load characteristics: After positive or negative zero shift, the upper and lower range limits shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive shift is 0.975URL; the maximum negative shift is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative shifts can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

    Overpressure effect: after applying 140kgf/cm2 pressure, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range span.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero point error: after applying 140kgf/cm2 static pressure, the zero point error of ranges 4、5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, and the zero point error of ranges 3、6、7、8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.

　 Range error: the error of ranges 4、5、6、7、8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range span, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating region.

    Installation position effect: a zero shift error of no more than 0.25 kPa may be generated, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
