The intelligent pressure/differential pressure/level transmitter is a new generation of intelligent transmitters manufactured using a sensor core produced with ROSEMOUNT technology and combined with the advanced digital technology developed by our company. In principle, it uses a direct digital capacitance circuit to replace the analog signal amplification circuit and A/D conversion circuit, and applies digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. The complete transmitter features small size, high reliability, and good long-term stability. This product offers extremely high cost performance, making it a mainstream product in the transmitter market.

Output signal: linear output: 4~20mA output superimposed with HART protocol digital signal（two-wire system）；

Square root output: when the input pressure is between 1.0%~100%, the output has a square root relationship with differential pressure; when between 0%~0.1%, the output has a segmented linear relationship with differential pressure; there is no jump change between 4~20mADC output, superimposed with HART? protocol digital signal (two-wire system), and users can choose linear output or square root output according to on-site conditions.

Load characteristics: after positive migration, the upper and lower limits of the range shall not exceed the range limits. At the minimum range, the maximum positive migration is 0.975URL; the maximum negative migration is -URL. During square root output, positive and negative migration can be adjusted and calibrated to 10% of the flow range.

Overpressure limit: applying 0（absolute pressure）~13.76MPa pressure to either side of the transmitter will not damage the transmitter; the flange can withstand 68.9MPa pressure; the normal operating pressure should be between 3.45kPa（absolute pressure）and the upper range limit of the transmitter.

Damping: the time constant is adjustable between 0.2～32.0s.

    Overpressure effect: after applying pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the error is ±0.25% of the maximum range span.

    Static pressure effect: during linear output, zero-point error: after applying static pressure of 140kgf/cm2, the zero-point error of ranges 4、5 is ±0.25% of the maximum range span, and the zero-point error of ranges 3、6、7、8 is ±0.5% of the maximum range span.

　 Range error: the error of ranges 4、5、6、7、8 is -1±0.25%/6.89MPa of the maximum range span, and the error of range 3 is -1.5±0.25%. This is a system error and can be eliminated by calibrating according to the actual static pressure before installation.

    Power supply effect: less than 0.005%/V of output range

    Vibration effect: on any axis, at a frequency of 200Hz, the induced error is ±0.05%/g of the maximum range span.

    Load effect: as long as the input voltage to the transmitter is higher than 14.5V, there is no load effect within the load operating zone.

    Installation position effect: the maximum zero offset error generated is not greater than 0.25 kPa, but it can be corrected and has no effect on the range;

Rotation of the measuring body relative to the flange has no effect.

    Electromagnetic radiation: complies with IEC801 standard
