In Xi'an Shenghongchuang's class-10,000 clean workshop, the production of the PA-Y pressure transmitter includes seven key processes: first is the wafer fabrication stage, where 6-inch single-crystal silicon wafers are used to produce hundreds of sensor chips through semiconductor processes such as photolithography and etching; next is the chip packaging process, where aging screening is carried out under a temperature cycling environment of -50℃~150℃; the third step is sensor calibration, using the FLUKE pressure calibration system for multi-point temperature compensation.


After the core sensor assembly is completed, it enters the fourth process of signal conditioning circuit assembly. Our PTS series products use 24-bit ADC chips and digital filtering algorithms to effectively suppress on-site interference; the fifth step is the housing encapsulation stage, where aluminum alloy or stainless steel housings with an IP65 protection rating can meet the requirements of different installation environments; finally, after 72 hours of continuous aging testing and 100% air tightness inspection, we ensure that every PA-Ei pressure transmitter leaving the factory meets military-grade reliability standards.
