In order to verify the actual performance of the MCC-W weighing sensor in harsh environments, we conducted a series of rigorous tests. In the high-temperature test, the sensor was placed in an 85℃ environment for continuous operation for 100 hours, and its output signal fluctuation was less than ±0.05%FS, far superior to industry standards. The high-humidity test was conducted in a 95%RH humidity environment, and after 72 hours of continuous testing, all performance indicators of the sensor remained within the rated range, proving the reliability of its sealing process.
The vibration test adopted random vibration of 6.5Grms, with a frequency range of 10-2000Hz, lasting 1 hour. The test results show that the output signal fluctuation of the MCC-W weighing sensor was less than ±0.1%FS, fully meeting the requirements for use in high-vibration environments. In addition, we also conducted a salt spray corrosion test. After a 96-hour neutral salt spray test carried out in accordance with the ISO 9227 standard, there was no visible corrosion on the sensor appearance, and no significant changes in performance indicators.
