The latest long-term stability test report for the LY-LDE electromagnetic flowmeter released by Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrument Co., Ltd. shows that this series of products (including models such as LY-LDE-A/B/C/WS) still maintains outstanding performance under harsh operating conditions. As an important member of the XFC electromagnetic flowmeter family, its measurement accuracy attenuation rate is lower than 0.2%/year, providing a reliable solution for the field of industrial flow control.
This test was conducted in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T 18659-2018 "Electromagnetic Flowmeter" under extreme conditions including simulated chemical corrosive media (pH value 2-12), high temperature and high pressure (up to 150℃/4MPa), and strong electromagnetic interference (10V/m). The LY-LDE series electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a patented electrode structure (Patent No. ZL2020XXXXXX.X). The test cycle lasted as long as 18 months, with a data sampling interval accurate to 1 second, and a cumulative analysis of more than 2 million sets of data points.
Compared with similar products such as the XFE electromagnetic flowmeter and the RT-LDE electromagnetic flowmeter, the LY-LDE series reduced the error fluctuation range by 42% under pulsating flow conditions, and its unique adaptive filtering algorithm effectively suppresses the "slurry noise" phenomenon in slurry measurement. This innovative design reduces the lining wear rate to 1/7 of that of traditional structures when conveying corrosive media containing solid particles. The magnetic circuit system uses neodymium iron boron N52-grade magnetic steel combined with a permalloy magnetic yoke. After a 2000-hour accelerated aging test, the magnetic field strength attenuation was only 0.3%, far exceeding the requirements of the IEC 60068-2-14 standard.
