In chemical production processes, high-temperature liquid level measurement has always been a technical challenge. Equipment such as chemical reaction kettles and storage tanks often operates under extreme conditions above 300℃, and traditional liquid level sensors are prone to measurement errors due to material thermal expansion, seal failure, or signal drift. The KYB1903M1IC1-1 high-temperature pressure-guided level transmitter developed by Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrumentation Co., Ltd. adopts an integrated stainless steel cable cylinder structure, and isolates the high-temperature medium through a pressure-guiding diaphragm, achieving ±0.1%FS measurement accuracy in environments from -20℃ to +400℃.
The breakthrough design of this product is reflected in three aspects: first, the combination of a 316L stainless steel housing and a Hastelloy diaphragm can withstand corrosive media with a pH value of 2-12; second, the built-in temperature compensation module can automatically correct zero drift caused by changes in ambient temperature; finally, the cable-type installation structure supports vertical or horizontal multi-position deployment.
