Industries such as chemical processing、electroplating、and pharmaceutical manufacturing often face flow measurement problems for corrosive media。Traditional flow meters commonly have problems such as electrode oxidation、inner-wall erosion、and signal drift when contacting high-viscosity corrosive liquids。According to ISO 2858 standard test data,ordinary 316L electrodes have a service life of no more than 6 months in 40% high-acid environments,while JTLD electromagnetic flow meters,through carbon/tantalum alloy electrodes with matched PTFE/PFA linings,extend equipment life to 5 years or more。Xi'an Shenghong Chuang laboratory data shows that its JTLDEB product series can still maintain ±0.5% measurement accuracy under extreme pH conditions of 0.5-14。
1. Liner technology:A proprietary PFA lining compression molding process enables molecular-level integration of lining and measuring tube,and after ISO 10931 standard testing,it still maintains an ultra-low corrosion rate of 0.01mm/年 even at 120℃;3. Structural design:Integrated flanged connection avoids leakage risks on sealing surfaces,meeting GB/T 9119 flange standard,and is especially suitable for metallurgy industries with frequent pipeline vibration。
