In the CNAS-certified laboratory of Xi'an Shenghongchuang, HKE electromagnetic flowmeters were comparatively tested against mainstream models such as LY-LDE-C and XFC. The test medium was a 120℃ hot water circulation system, with a flow velocity range of 0.5-5m/s, operating continuously for 72 hours. The key data are as follows:

After continuous thermal shock testing (120℃⇄25℃ cycle 100 times), the lining of the HKE electromagnetic flowmeter showed no peeling or cracking, and its insulation resistance remained above 10MΩ, fully complying with the requirements of the GB/T18659-2018 standard. In comparison, ordinary rubber linings show obvious hardening and deformation under the same conditions.
