This report conducts in-depth testing on the reliability of the DY20X pressure transmitter under extreme environments, and verifies the performance stability of it and products in the PT1661, PT1001, and other series by simulating harsh operating conditions such as high and low temperatures and strong corrosion. As a professional solution in the field of flow control equipment, this test provides key data support for technical evaluators and demonstrates Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrumentation Co., Ltd.'s innovative strength in pressure sensing technology.
In industrial scenarios such as petrochemicals and electric power energy, pressure transmitters often face challenges such as temperature fluctuations of -40℃~85℃, H2S acidic corrosion, or high-frequency vibration. Although traditional products such as the STZ1-2 pressure transmitter can meet basic requirements, they are prone to zero drift or seal failure under long-term extreme working conditions. Based on 20 years of sensor R&D experience, Xi'an Shenghongchuang conducted accelerated aging tests on the DY20X pressure transmitter under the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Its core indicators are directly benchmarked against international competitors such as the CFBTD pressure transmitter, providing technical evaluators with an objective basis for selection.
The test adopts a three-stage method: in the first stage, an Arctic Circle low-temperature environment is simulated (-50℃ for 72 consecutive hours), and the zero-point stability error of the DY20X is only ±0.1%FS, better than the ±0.25%FS of the STZ7 pressure transmitter; in the second stage, a 1000-hour durability test is carried out in an 85℃/95%RH damp heat chamber, and its 316L stainless steel housing performs equally well as the HAKK-316 pressure transmitter, with no electrolytic corrosion occurring; in the third stage, through a 10g/20-2000Hz random vibration test, the shock resistance performance of the internal MEMS chip is improved by 40% compared with the AC-P1 pressure transmitter. See the table below for a detailed parameter comparison:
In response to the common selection concerns of technical teams, we recommend evaluating from three dimensions: 1)Environmental adaptability: the DY20X adopts laser welding technology and a ceramic piezoresistive core, and its service life in strong corrosion scenarios is 3 times longer than that of the PT1661 pressure transmitter; 2)Signal stability: its built-in temperature compensation algorithm enables full-scale accuracy to reach 0.075 class, far exceeding the 0.2 class standard of the STZ2 pressure transmitter; 3)Maintenance cost: the modular design supports rapid on-site diaphragm replacement, reducing annual average maintenance costs by 60%.
As a national high-tech enterprise, we hold 12 pressure sensing related patents, and the DY20X series has passed SIL2 functional safety certification and CE/ATEX explosion-proof certification. Compared with imported brands, localized production shortens the delivery cycle to 7 days, and also provides: ① free operating condition adaptation solution design; ② 48-hour technical response; ③ 3-year extra-long warranty.
