Diffused silicon pressure sensors use a single-crystal silicon chip as the sensitive element, forming a Wheatstone bridge structure through ion implantation technology. Compared with traditional ceramic capacitance or metal strain gauge technologies, its significant advantages lie in: temperature drift less than 0.01%FS/℃ (according to the IEC 60770 standard), and long-term stability up to ±0.1%FS/year.
