The wireSENSORMPM displacement sensor is a high-precision electronic scale based on the draw-wire measurement principle,and is part of the core product line of Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrument Co.,Ltd。This series of sensors converts mechanical displacement into electrical signal output through the extension and retraction of a stainless steel wire rope,with a measurement range covering 30mm to 120mm(such as MK30、MK120 and other models),and linear accuracy up to ±0.05%FS。Its IP67 protection rating and operating temperature range of -30℃~80℃ make it particularly suitable for displacement monitoring in harsh industrial environments such as metallurgy,water conservancy,and port machinery。Compared with traditional potentiometer-type sensors,the wireSENSOR series adopts photoelectric encoding technology,avoiding the accuracy degradation caused by contact wear,with a typical service life exceeding 1 million cycles。
