When measuring wet chlorine in chlor-alkali chemical processes or organic solvents in the pharmaceutical industry, ordinary 316L stainless steel diaphragms may develop pitting corrosion within 3 months. Our MIK-P300Z pressure transmitter uses a Hastelloy C276 diaphragm combined with PTFE sealing technology, and can still maintain a measurement accuracy of 0.1%FS in strongly corrosive environments with a pH value of 0.5-14. Practice at a large chemical plant has shown that the service life of this model in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid transmission pipelines is 4 times longer than that of traditional models.
Pulsating pressure at the compressor outlet may cause conventional transmitters to exhibit measurement fluctuations of ±5%. The BST6600-BB model is equipped with a patented damping adjustment system, which suppresses pulsation interference within ±0.25% through a digitally adjustable filtering algorithm (0.1-10Hz adjustable). This technology has been successfully applied in more than 30 natural gas booster station projects, helping customers achieve measurement stability in vibration environments required by the API 670 standard.
In LNG storage tank low-temperature measurement at -196℃, conventional silicone oil filling fluid will solidify and cause sensor failure. The BL-Y202 pressure transmitter adopts special fluorinated oil filling technology and a low-temperature compensation algorithm, and through SIL2-certified circuit design, ensures stable output within the wide temperature range of -200~250℃.
