Are frequent failures of the YSJ-302-40-G electronic pressure switch troubling you? As a core component of flow control equipment, the YSJ-302-40-G electronic pressure switch monitors pipeline pressure changes in real time through its built-in NPN/PNP dual-mode signal output system. When the ambient temperature exceeds 85℃, it is recommended to upgrade to the PN35-P400G14H3AQ version with temperature compensation. Use an oscilloscope to capture the signal waveform and rule out false alarms caused by electromagnetic interference.
In model selection comparison and analysis, focus should be placed on: 1) whether the measurement range covers 120%-150% of the process requirement (for example, the SPWF-78R-2503-0-2-8-N000-300-1-000 model supports 0-300bar); 2) whether the protection rating is at least above IP65; 3) whether the relay contact life is ≥100,000 cycles (CYDK-102 is certified to IEC 60947-5-1).
