The Doppler-transit-time composite measurement method adopted by the SY-CSB-6000 solves the limitations of a single principle in complex fluids。When the medium contains ≥5% suspended particles,it automatically switches to Doppler mode to measure the ultrasonic frequency shift reflected by particles;for clean fluids,the transit-time method is used to calculate the difference in ultrasonic propagation time between upstream and downstream signals。The built-in DSP processor performs signal compensation at a speed of 1000 times/second,eliminating sound velocity errors caused by temperature and pressure changes。Actual test data show that within a flow velocity range of 0.3-12m/s,its repeatability error is ≤0.2%。
