In high-temperature and high-pressure environments, how can ultra-high-precision level measurement be achieved? The SK1151-33L high-temperature remote diaphragm seal level transmitter adopts a stainless steel capillary design and was specially developed for extreme working conditions. The SK1151-33L uses a combination of 316 stainless steel material and a Hastelloy C diaphragm, can withstand a medium temperature of -40℃~100℃, covers a measuring range from 0-0.2kPa to 10MPa, and delivers accuracy up to ±0.1% (when the turndown ratio is 10:1). Its unique remote diaphragm seal structure transmits pressure through silicone oil and, together with HART protocol digital signal output, achieves temperature stability of ±0.25%/55℃. Compared with traditional models such as UMD-98, this product has a long-term stability error of only ±0.15%/6 months in scenarios such as petrochemical and electric power applications, and it has passed Exd Ⅱ CT6 explosion-proof certification.
In a case at a refinery in Shaanxi, the SK1151-33L successfully replaced an imported brand for monitoring a 380℃ high-temperature residual oil tank. Its capillary structure solved the seal failure problem caused by thermal expansion in models such as CYB-34, and together with the redundant system composed of domestic capacitive pressure transmitter ZP1151, improved level control accuracy to ±2mm. This solution has passed IEC801 electromagnetic radiation certification, extended the maintenance cycle to 3 years, and reduced overall costs by 40%.
