According to the GB/T 17614-2015 standard, the calibration of the YM-1QQ pressure transmitter must be carried out within the compensated temperature range. Common problems such as abnormal display of the MBS-G3131 model are mostly caused by wiring errors——the wiring diagram of the YM-109 pressure transmitter should be strictly followed to ensure that the PIN pins of the Hessman connector match the signal wires. When the YM-115 shows zero drift, forced zero calibration can be carried out according to the manual.
The working principle of the diffused silicon Hessman pressure sensor is based on the piezoresistive effect, and the 4-20mA output signals of models such as YM-1KGR need to be matched with a 250Ω sampling resistor. In DCS system integration, it is recommended to set the electrical connection method of PT-507 as the priority: aviation plug>waterproof connector>direct cable output. For metallurgical workshops with electromagnetic interference, the domestic general-purpose pressure transmitter NTYL series with EMC protection should be selected.
