• Connect a 24VDC regulated power supply and HART communication module
• Keep the ambient temperature stable at 23±2℃ (in compliance with JJG 882-2019 verification regulations)


Step 2: Zero Calibration


Under atmospheric pressure conditions, send the "Zero Trim" command through the HART handheld communicator. Note that the diffused silicon sensor needs to be preheated for 30 minutes, and the operation can only be performed when the output fluctuation is <0.02%FS. If display abnormalities similar to the HH-HH316 model occur, check whether the circuit grounding is good.


Step 3: Full-Scale Calibration


Apply 100% range pressure, and adjust "Span Trim" so that the output is 20mA. For high-pressure models such as CS-PT300, it is recommended to apply pressure in 3 stepped stages to avoid sensor overshoot. Record the temperature compensation coefficient marked in the TY-804 specification for backup.
